Stroud’s Fitness was founded in 1980 by Kirk Stroud as a “results oriented” gym. It quickly became the go-to gym for powerlifting and bodybuilding competitors. Over the last 40 years Stroud’s Fitness has developed a well-earned reputation for getting things done.

Rates:

  • Single: Month-to-month: $37.89 (with enrollment fee)
  • Single: 1-year contract: $31.39 (no enrollment fee)
  • Single: Paid in full: $377 for one year with 6 months free
  • Single: Paid in full: $485 for two year
  • Couple: Paid in full: $595 for one year with 6 months free
  • Couple: Paid in full: $725 for two year
  • Military: Paid in full: $377 for one year with 1 year free
  • Military Single: 1 year contract: $25 (no enrollment fee)

Childcare:

We know it can be difficult to prioritize your health and training when you have small children. That’s why we offer childcare in the gym. Just sign your kids in to the daycare and you’re off to crush your goals!


Tactical Striking:

Tactical striking systems is a striking based MMA Program that covers all the basics necessary for self-defense and competition purposes. We offer kid and adult classes for all skill levels whether you are just starting out, or looking to expand your MMA knowledge and skill.

Tactical Striking Schedule:

  • Monday: 8am (Boxing), 630pm (Boxing)
  • Tuesday: 7am (Boxing), 8am (Boxing)
  • Wednesday: 7am (Kickboxing), 8am (Kickboxing), 630pm (Kickboxing)
  • Thursday: 7am (MMA), 8am (MMA), 5pm (MMA), 630pm (Sparring invite only)
  • Friday: 8am (circuit and conditioning)

Stroud's Fitness Stretching Woman

The Stretch Tactician:

  • Body work and assisted stretching – $45/session
  • Whether you are recovering from an injury, or increasing your athleticism, mobility is essential. Though it is important to stretch on your own, it can be difficult to get to certain areas. Assisted stretching allows for you to relax completely while taking you through the motions, which allows you to get targeted areas addressed without injury.

The Stretch Tactician Schedule:

  • Monday 9am-11am, 2pm-4:30pm
  • Tuesday 12pm-5pm
  • Wednesday 9am-11am, 2pm-4:30pm
  • Thursday 9am-11am, 2pm-4:30pm
